Overview
Alderwood Action is a not-for-profit childcare centre in Ontario, managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. With a mission to support families in their community, they recognized that their outdated website no longer reflected the professionalism or efficiency of their services—especially when it came to student registration.

The Process
We understood that the Board, composed entirely of volunteers, needed a collaborative and clear process. We conducted all planning and approvals with full Board participation and maintained steady communication throughout the project. Even with a limited budget, we were able to deliver a full-featured website that exceeded expectations.

The online enrollment system alone has dramatically improved the parent experience and reduced manual administrative tasks.
